Airports and transportation to campus
Stanford is located halfway between the San Francisco and San Jose airports. Allow 45 minutes travel time by car during non-rush hours. Between 7 and 9 am and 4 and 6 pm, the trip will take up to one hour and 15 minutes.

RESERVATION AVAILABILITY
The cut-off date for the guest room block is November 4, 2011. All reservations received less than one month prior to the workshop will be accepted on a space availability basis. After the cut-off date, rooms may or may not be available.
ROOM GUARANTEE
Each individual will need to guarantee their room reservations. This guarantee can be made with a credit card. In the event that any reservations are not utilized or canceled by 6:00pm on the day of arrival, it will be necessary for the Sheraton Hotel to charge the credit card for the first night's room and tax.
